12月19日，清華大學(xué)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展與環(huán)境治理研究中心與自然集團共同發(fā)布了2022國際科技創(chuàng)新中心指數(shù)。在全球國際科技創(chuàng)新中心中，北京排名近年穩(wěn)步前進，已位列全球第三名，并在創(chuàng)新生態(tài)指標(biāo)上實現(xiàn)了顯著提升。

Beijing surpassed London for the first time to rank third globally in innovation,according to the Global Innovation Hubs Index2022released on Dec19.

《國際科技創(chuàng)新中心指數(shù)2022》通過科研創(chuàng)新、創(chuàng)新經(jīng)濟、創(chuàng)新生態(tài)3個維度的多項指標(biāo)，對全球100個城市(都市圈)的創(chuàng)新能力進行評價。

Developed by the Center for Industrial Development and Environmental Governance at Tsinghua University and Nature Research,the GIHI2022continues in evaluating100GIHs by three indicators including research innovation,innovation economy and innovation ecosystem.

自然集團表示，相較2021年指數(shù)，本年度的評估范圍由50個城市擴展到100個城市(都市圈)，并新增了人口不足百萬的微型科創(chuàng)中心城市。

The number of evaluated hubs in the2022edition has increased from50to100,which also include mini-hubs with populations of less than one million,according to Nature Research.

本次位列前十位的城市(都市圈)有：舊金山-圣何塞、紐約、北京、倫敦、波士頓、粵港澳大灣區(qū)、東京、日內(nèi)瓦、巴黎、和上海。

The top10cities and metropolitan areas(MA)this year are San Francisco-San Jose,New York MA,Beijing,London MA,Boston MA,Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,Tokyo MA,Geneva,Paris MA and Shanghai.

自然集團表示，北京、杭州、粵港澳大灣區(qū)等城市和都市圈在可再生能源技術(shù)網(wǎng)絡(luò)中的位置舉足輕重，引領(lǐng)全球轉(zhuǎn)向綠色發(fā)展。"Cities and metropolitan areas including Beijing,Hangzhou,Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area are important nodes in the network of renewable energy technology,leading the world in a global shift towards green development,"said Nature Research.

報告稱，除舊金山、紐約和東京三大灣區(qū)外，粵港澳大灣區(qū)首次超過東京灣區(qū)，位列榜單第六位，并已成為亞洲新的創(chuàng)新中心。

In addition to the three Bay Areas of San Francisco,New York and Tokyo,Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,which has overtaken Tokyo Bay Area for the first time,ranks sixth on the list and has become a new innovation hub in Asia,the report said.

北京近年來在創(chuàng)新生態(tài)系統(tǒng)方面取得了很大進展?！秶H科技創(chuàng)新中心指數(shù)》首席科學(xué)家、清華大學(xué)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展與環(huán)境治理研究中心主任陳玲表示，北京在世界一流科研機構(gòu)200強、超級計算機、創(chuàng)新領(lǐng)先企業(yè)和獨角獸企業(yè)、創(chuàng)投資金等方面，都進入了全球前三的位置。

Beijing has progressed rapidly in innovation ecosystem in recent years.The city ranks top three globally in all these fields,such as the world's top200scientific research institutions,supercomputers,leading innovation enterprises and unicorns,and venture capital,said Chen Ling,GIHI's chief scientist and director of CIDEG at Tsinghua University.

陳玲表示，當(dāng)前，我們國家已經(jīng)進入創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動發(fā)展時期，數(shù)字化又進一步加速了創(chuàng)新資源流動。建設(shè)國際科技創(chuàng)新中心，是國家綜合實力的集中的體現(xiàn)，也是未來進一步發(fā)展的動力。

China has entered a period of innovation-driven development,with digitalization further accelerating the flow of innovation resources.Building international science and technology innovation centers is not only the embodiment of a country's comprehensive strength but also the driving force for further development in the future,Chen said.
